I discovered FIR today and the first 3 songs I heard were "Voices In My Head," "Zombified" and this one. I was extremely excited to listen to more of their music. Unfortunately though, their older stuff sounds pretty different. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but it's definitely not as good as the 3 songs I mentioned. Those truly, truly, stand out. Popular Monster is easily the best song I've heard in years. I hope they release a new album soon because I need more of this

She was born around when his brother died however and that aspect she saved him in a dark time, she was born in June and then his brother passed in an accident like a month and some change later
Back when I was in the metal scene I played some shows with his old band and this was before I went through my own addiction and behavior problems and I hated him for years for some of the shit he did..... once he came back and I heard this and losing my life I just wanted to apologize to him because I judged him when I hadn’t went through any shit of my own yet

Feel you, I also grew up in the age of Nu Metal, and Linkin Park in particular, and also went down the Falling in Reverse rabbit hole with Popular Monster, which literally brought tears of joy to my eyes. Ronnie Radke is a frikkin genius and it is insane how versatile he is, not just his voice but in terms of music in general, song writing and music video composition (while he doesn't direct the videos himself, I think it's fair to assume that he sure has a lot of influence on what is going on in these videos).

Feel you, I also grew up in the age of Nu Metal, and Linkin Park in particular, and also went down the Falling in Reverse rabbit hole with Popular Monster, which literally brought tears of joy to my eyes. Ronnie Radke is a frikkin genius and it is insane how versatile he is, not just his voice but in terms of music in general, song writing and music video composition (while he doesn't direct the videos himself, I think it's fair to assume that he sure has a lot of influence on what is going on in these videos).
