How carbonated can you make it? We've bought a couple water carbonator's but they are pretty weak. Like it where you take a sip and it opens your sinuses. lol
Looks like you had yours set pretty high, 55psi. I built a unit similar to yours. I keep mine around 30-35psi and shake for around 30 seconds. My next step is to eliminate having to shake the bottle, any suggestions?
Had some guy tell me he set up a commercial "martini shaker" (electrical type) on a timer to shake the PET bottles for 30 seconds rapidly once he strapped the bottle in. I asked him to send me pics or vids, but he never replied.
