Go sell homes in California. Tennessee doesn’t need anyone from California!

There's more than 4 reasons why people in Tennessee regret people from California moving there.

@@cornfedlife The main complaints are politics and population swells. I have a theory that most Californians that move here are welcome additions. They have no interest in a state income tax or a massive state government. The people I’m worried about are here because we are a much more business friendly state and their company moved them here. They want to recreate CA. The other issue is population swells are creating traffic issues and driving up housing prices. There are cultural differences and other petty items that could be considered, but those are the big two.

@@AdamVassGal live in Knoxville since 2017. This area was not prepared for this influx in vehicles on the roads either. Honestly, they had no reason to be until 2020. The country changed forever because of well, you know. I believe we were drawn here after getting married in the Smokeys 5 years earler. Glad we took the risk. We chose assimilation to the culture. Why move if you don't understand that? We consider ourselves refugees in a way. We are tucked deep back in a holler bordering rural and urban. There are plenty of places to go in this state to avoid the masses. Question is, how far away from them are you willing to go :)

People moving to a different area should not expect that there won’t be differences. That’s why it’s better to move to your chosen area without buying a house for at least a year and try it out first. Our country is big with significant differences in weather and topography, seems simple but some people don’t get it.

My wife works in retail, and she is constantly telling me about the bad attitude and rudeness of the implant commifornians (you can tell who they are). Just go back and bring your poor values with you if you can't assimilate.

Tennessee and Texas and Kentucky will always be at least 96% red. Most blue folk can't afford to move. Another thing is that everyone wants investors to come because they're behind. We need more housing built so much until there's a surplus, then leading to lower the price for all consumers. WE want more business competition and less labor competition. THEY want more labor competition and less business competition and they keep coming here to make ignorant agitator comments. Let me guess, this is futile coming here to make comment. 😮😂

Going from exuberant lavishness to a near 3rd world area has to be the biggest shock… They don’t have hundreds of thousands of 50 year old mobile homes in California… Your kid are also not going to have the education and job opportunities that’s for damn sure… They won’t be able to afford to flee back to California again, you are now STUCK!

Only the liberals, the conservatives are different. A conservative vote doesn't matter on the West Coast. There's no voter ID required and most if not all ballots are only allowed to be mail in ballots. Elections somehow always seem to produce the chaos you see on the West Coast despite a lot of people not voting for it.

You forgot the racism. Quite a bit of racist pride here in TN. As a former Californian, I didn’t care to see all the racism pride flags that are just about everywhere. Also, people feel very free to share their racial prejudices with you without knowing anything about your personal beliefs. I suppose I do appreciate them being honest and up front about it though so I don’t have to waste time figuring out who they are. 😂

Where im at The whites the blacks the Hispanics and lgbtq all seem to get along and live their lives with one another. The south gets a bad rap when some of the biggest hate comes from liberal states.
