Some of your comments here are so funny but to the point. LOL! Because I don't sugar coat anything. And I'm from Texas, which is red and we want to keep it that way. Good luck Tennessee.
People moving to a different area should not expect that there won’t be differences. That’s why it’s better to move to your chosen area without buying a house for at least a year and try it out first. Our country is big with significant differences in weather and topography, seems simple but some people don’t get it.
My wife works in retail, and she is constantly telling me about the bad attitude and rudeness of the implant commifornians (you can tell who they are). Just go back and bring your poor values with you if you can't assimilate.
We have a few in our area. They can't believe the lack of permits compared to CA. They love the lack of government oversight just to mow your yard or go to McDonald's.
People from out of state are keeping TN properties high, Please don't come here with your messed up political practices and mess our state up too. Also slow your pace down ,relax ,and enjoy a little life while you can and leave that fast pace behind !

Tennessee and Texas and Kentucky will always be at least 96% red. Most blue folk can't afford to move. Another thing is that everyone wants investors to come because they're behind. We need more housing built so much until there's a surplus, then leading to lower the price for all consumers. WE want more business competition and less labor competition. THEY want more labor competition and less business competition and they keep coming here to make ignorant agitator comments. Let me guess, this is futile coming here to make comment. 😮😂
Thank god rich conservatives are coming to invest in our state to help lower the price by creating a housing surplus instead of the shortage we have from all the local lacky boys.
There’s no such thing a a universally liked area. It works for some, maybe not for others. The great thing about the US, if you don’t like a location, then move on.
Going from exuberant lavishness to a near 3rd world area has to be the biggest shock… They don’t have hundreds of thousands of 50 year old mobile homes in California… Your kid are also not going to have the education and job opportunities that’s for damn sure… They won’t be able to afford to flee back to California again, you are now STUCK!
Only the liberals, the conservatives are different. A conservative vote doesn't matter on the West Coast. There's no voter ID required and most if not all ballots are only allowed to be mail in ballots. Elections somehow always seem to produce the chaos you see on the West Coast despite a lot of people not voting for it.
You forgot the racism. Quite a bit of racist pride here in TN. As a former Californian, I didn’t care to see all the racism pride flags that are just about everywhere. Also, people feel very free to share their racial prejudices with you without knowing anything about your personal beliefs. I suppose I do appreciate them being honest and up front about it though so I don’t have to waste time figuring out who they are. 😂
What is racism pride flag? Ive never heard of that and i live in Tennessee. Is that more California wokism talk? Where im at The whites the blacks the Hispanics and lgbtq all seem to get along and live their lives with one another. The south gets a bad rap when some of the biggest hate comes from liberal states.
Fortunately you can go back to California and continue with Newsome’s mental and monetary abuse and not be offended by the inanimate objects in Tennessee.
100%%%% I have been shocked at the racism.😮 Especially with a title Bible Belt. I never experienced racism in Ca. where I was born and 52 years later moved to Oregon. Moving back to Oregon next May. The most prejudice state I have ever lived in.

Go sell homes in California. Tennessee doesn’t need anyone from California!
There's more than 4 reasons why people in Tennessee regret people from California moving there.
And what might those be?

As it relates to #3, we do "vote red" so that we do not turn into another californication.
Californians should stay in California seriously
Yea!!!
Good, they are welcome to move back to Newsomfornia.
Chattanooga has had traffic problems for 20 years. As a truck driver I have seen it all. But isn’t nothing compared to I-5 in LA.
