Hello question.. Coz ive been tasked to fill the form for inspection request but never really understood it. Is it our company (subcontractor) who is requesting for it or is it the client or is it the consultant who asked for it (i.e. There is a question in the form: "Requested by: ________" and im not really sure who to put. Thank u.
