    I have this and it’s not usually pain but discomfort and soreness, it radiates towards my chest which sometimes makes it seem like a damn heart attack. Before this video I would have to message with a ball my whole subscapularis. Trying this out now, and it relieved my whole back, but my should still feels sore. Thank you, I got this injury by working out

    Hi Dr. This scapular muscle tightness pain is causing severe pain on my upper arm (close to shoulder). I don’t have the tool, all insurance is exhausted in treatments. Any suggestions of getting rid of the upper arm pain due to subscapular and shoulder nerve is appreciated. My mobilty is badly impacted due to this pain. Please help me

    thank you for sharing, but what should I do if I got some pain on the other side of the subscapularis (the part underneath the blades instead of nearing the armpits)?

    Serratus anterior muscle is also there so how can we differentiate between these two muscles .?

      Subscapularis muscle is right inside the scapulae.
