Since you don't have any room on the rear passenger door to hang anything, make a nice looking sign with your logo and number and a card holder. That way when people walk by and ask for info, they can see that and offer them a card real quick and easy. I always have people coming up and asking while I'm working when they are out for a walk or whatever.

I would recommend removing the toolbox, moving the items from the toolbox into overhead storage sections off roof, and then utilising the toolbox area. Just an idea, each to their own :)

That's a good idea, some promotional space wouldn't be difficult at all. Though I assume getting the van wrapped or something would be better still.

You should look into getting a PiXiE Popper for the Flex PXE-80. Small tool that helps with removing the backing plate off the 12mm.
