For those who can't adjust speed in +- menu when you enter the "+-" menu hold power button and + together on P1 untill screen flashes with 60kmh. The you can increase amps to 25... Other than that there's nothing you can do. Bike will top out at 27/28mph .
I managed to lock myself out on P8 , the release code is as advised 1212 however despite several frustrating attempts over some 30 minutes the code was not accepted. Then suddenly the unit decided it was right & allowed me to reset. Seems there is some kind of inherent fault.
Hello, I’ve bought mine Engwe m20 750W, but I’ve got one with the manufacture sticker saying it’s 250W. Yea I’ve already gone through this manual as well as an older one and still haven’t been successful have reset multiple times not sure what else to try or what parameters to change have gone through every p setting 1-8 none change the amount of pas modes

I don't see a setting for disabling the Pedal assist. You could dry to disconnecting the cadence sensor on the pedal crank at the controller to see if that works

I have the same controller, but when I go into the advance settings, it goes to P0 and I can’t advance it past that it has four numbers I can change at the bottom to start off at 000 but I can’t get into the advanced settings for the real size and changing the speed

adjust wheel size to speedometer accuracy. Use GPS app on phone to confirm. I set mine to 22" which waqs accurate lower speed and high speed off by 2 mph

I think I don't need to reduce the amps to get lower speed. Because my Engwie M20 has only one battery. I left to 13 amps. Is my was with two batteries I will leave. So I set in the P3 to 60 km and it works. I set to use all the magnetic heads and it works very well.
Someone made a video that if we hold the + button for ten seconds displays will show 63 km.. But I didn't do it yet. Cause I don't know what can happens later.

I don't know probably the sensors are inside the motor... and Engwe is sending me a new motor.... i am waiting 12 days so far... probably it will need 15 days more to wait, the same days as i was waiting the controller that they send me.@@BRichSolution

The thing is, pushing + and - simultaneously doesn't open this illusive settings changer.
sometimes if you push one button first and not simultaneously it will not enter advance menu

Yes lowering the amps & speed the range will go way up

I agree PAS + and - too small. Sold the bike and bought a faster Ridstar Q20 with mote comfortable seat too

Not sure… I did set volts once to 36v to extend my range on long rides but it cycles the battery below BMS

Change the max amps from 22A or 20A to 15A to prolong your range

Hello, P6 must be 20. Because of a controller maximum is 20 Ah. At 25 maybe heat your controller.
