Hi, person form Italy here. No need to delete anything. The situation here is bad, we can’t get out of our homes (except for work and health issues and of course groceries) and being home all day gets boring real fast (and I’m a nerd who is used to not going out so if I say it’s boring IT IS) and videos not talking about the situation are very very refreshing and calming. News don’t talk about anything other than coronavirus so please, keep making videos because they are distracting and it’s a blessing. You guys should always make the content you want, but I don't believe you should worry about seeming insensitive. I know my personal mental health is suffering from the constant stress of everything going on, and I know a lot of people in the same boat, but I know that I can always bring myself a moment of peace by clicking onto your channels, rewatching videos from years ago as well as brand new content. People need joy far more than we think, and we are often so bad at thanking those who spread it. So thank you.

Tip for gravy if you like tomatoes or bell peppers they add extra flavour and become quite small when cooked in gravy if you’re squeamish (or strain them out). :) onions n a bit of seasoning work just fine tho!!
Coming from a vegan, being vegan doesn't inherently mean that you are eating healthier and better foods. You can just eat a bunch of processed foods and no veggies.

My sister used to be allergic too, and she eventually grew out of it at around 18ish. But we could have sweet potatoes (she grew out of that allergy at an early age), and now I can say I prefer things with sweet potatoes to things with potatoes.

The issue is obviously important, but it's nice to escape from that for a little while. Stay safe, and keep making what you want to make, because we all appreciate it.
cooking your own food is also the safest way to stay healthy right now, with people in the food industry often too poor to take time off if they're sick. so make some bangers and mash! trust me, his recipe is perfect. you can use regular flour instead of corn starch if you're not intolerant to gluten, and i like to take my herbs off the stems, cut them up well, and leave them in the gravy. but definitely try it!

Totally agreed. I work for a private contractor who works in schools. I won't get much of a paycheck for the next two weeks, i have bills to pay, but i appreciate the positive videos. In philly we also celebrate St Patrick’s day with Irish potatoes. It’s a dessert made from sugar, cream cheese, coconut flakes, and then rolled in cinnamon to look like potatoes.

My sister used to be allergic too, and she eventually grew out of it at around 18ish. But we could have sweet potatoes (she grew out of that allergy at an early age), and now I can say I prefer things with sweet potatoes to things with potatoes.

cooking your own food is also the safest way to stay healthy right now, with people in the food industry often too poor to take time off if they're sick.
so make some bangers and mash! trust me, his recipe is perfect. you can use regular flour instead of corn starch if you're not intolerant to gluten, and i like to take my herbs off the stems, cut them up well, and leave them in the gravy. but definitely try it!

I’m sure he’s using a vegan brand but for anyone who doesn’t know, Worcestershire sauce usually contains anchovies so be sure you get the kind without if you’re vegetarian or vegan. My sister is vegetarian and didn’t know it contained anchovies and was surprised when she found out 😅
