My method of quiting nicotine is easy but expensive. Everytime you get a craving just smoke a joint of pure cannabis. My first week I smoked two ounces of high quality weed. After that, I used an adulterant in my joints such as marshmallow leaf as to reduce my weed consumption. Quiting cannabis is infinitely easier than quiting nicotine. I still had withdrawals form cannabis. However as you have only used it for 2 to 3 months it won't be that bad. Now I'm smoke free after 25 years.
I know this is more about vaping than about nicotine, but I thought I'd share a nicotine fact. As a man of a certain age, and as a former cigarette smoker of 20-ish years, I recently had an ultrasound done of my aorta. The reason given by my cardiologist when I asked why is that nicotine is abrasive to arteries and could cause an aneurysm (I don't remember which vessels for sure, but i think that's it). My result was negative. p.s. I had a heart attack in 2016 and my last ciggy ever was the day before it. I spent my birthday in the hospital.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It's important to weigh the risks and benefits of vaping, especially considering its potential impact on health. Your insight adds valuable perspective to the ongoing conversation about vaping safety.
A lot of people don't realize that you actually can become addicted to weed. An activity does not have to involve consuming something like nicotine for you to be addicted to it - sex, shopping, gambling, etc.
This guests sucked and dropped the all when it comes to a subject like this, like Emma audience is the prime vaporist community 😭, but yeah there’s much deeper, succinct, and interesting ways to get this across and she just didn’t. I can’t stand the British bro, they just want to hear themselves talk 😫

From what I understand cigarette = more acute/heat damage vaping = long inflammatory states/bacterial risk/autoimmune damage
Honestly the safest form of vaping is dry herb vaping at low temps !
