It has actually, I think gotten worse because we've got actual specific places for smokers to smoke in (public spaces). Also I totally agree. We should normalise taking a break from or completely stopping smth that doesn't serve us anymore without being shamed. Stuff takes energy. If you're not giving ur energy to the right thing, u wont be able to put energy in finding what's right for u.
