Whitby

Whitby is charming place to visit in any time of the year. I was fortunate to experience it in heavy rain, autumn fogs and even on the First Christmas Day. Each time it was an exceptional experience, so I couldn´t resist and had to return to this lovely harbor while I was in Yorkshire in July 2023.
I like to park near the Abbey. It´s not only cheaper than in the town but you get spectacular view of the harbor and the town as a bonus. The Abbey is managed by English Heritage.
