I really appreciate the little insight Anders gives regarding the current top level meta and how they've tried to develop counterplay as European players vs. the dominant Asian players
You should start with a 7-0 lead to give a bit more suspense. Adam does it when he plays against pros. Very great video🔥 Very entertaining as usual with you guys and also very interesting. And the acknowledgment of Otto’s BH by a world class player is crazy 🤩
@@TTMatthew Disagree, it puts pressure on the pro and gives confidence to the underdog, so the points are not only serve - receive - killer top spin opening.

Well done otto... I knew you will definitely score few points .... Even mika could also have but he seemed to be under pressure... Otto always looks relaxed... That helps !!!

Yeah, no more long pips 😅It was a fun experiment and I think it did motivate me to start playing more frequently for a while (which was the main purpose for me to try it), but the reality is that reaching even a decent level with a completely new playing style is very tough and would require *a lot* of practice. After stopping playing competitively 10 years ago it also feels like it's really hard to find the motivation to practise frequently because you know that you won't achieve even the same (not to mention a desirable higher) level as you have had before when you were practising every single day. But as you can see in this video as well, with no practice (last training session was 6 months before this video) it doesn't really matter which playing style you play, you'll still be completely out of the game and lose 11-0 or potentially get a few lucky points against a pro player 😄But still it was fun for me also to play this set and I think the whole video shows really well how good pro players truly are! :) // Emil
How far down the ranking list do you think we have to go until we manage to win a set? 😄
top 250 for miikka, top 200 for otto and top 350-400 for emil
I'll guess 125, I have hope in Otto 😉
Go for Wang Chuqin, he will lose with anyone nowadays
Play the world no.1 before he finds his true potential and you’ll have a chance
Didn't Otto get a couple sets off Benedeck Olah? He's top 100.
