It feels amazing! The results are temporary but if you've had something that's been bothering you for a while it definitely helps relieve the pain and reset. I have my physical therapist do adjustments every week depending on what's bothering me and it helps the pain for a few days.

Fysiatrist cracked my back today similar way and the crack was so loud worker from another room came in to ask if everything was ok 😂. It's weird to feel such loud crack inside your own body but no pain. Feeling a little nausea but other than that feels great afterwards
