  • Hey explant sister! I know what you're going through is hard...I've been there too. And as someone who's been there and now works with women who have breast implant illness, I’m always receiving questions from those who are either about to explant or who have just explanted asking what they should be doing to support their recovery from surgery, so I thought I’d share my best tips here. I have linked all the products mentioned in this video below. Happy explant recovery!
My top priorities immediately after explant are:
    1. I have created a Post-Explant Surgery Support Bundle on my store (The Biohacking Zone) with all of the mentioned supplements in one nice little package for you at a 5% discount. You can also get a discount code for an additional 10% off your first order if you opt-in for my newsletter! Once you’ve signed up, the code will be sent to your inbox. Here's the link: thebiohackingzone.com/product...

    3. Stay cozy and comfy in these shearling slippers: amzn.to/48OVITc
    4. Reduce pain and swelling with these small reusable icepacks: amzn.to/3UfmYWM

    7. Hydration: Hydrogen Water:

Nutrient rich diet including things like pasture-raised red meat, pasture-raised and organic eggs (especially yolks), steamed cruciferous veggies, healthy fats, increased protein consumption, avoid inflammatory foods (seed/vegetable oils, refined carbs/sugar, processed foods, vegan imitation foods, etc.) - all if tolerated of course. Consider my favorite bone broth as a way to get in some extra protein and healing nutrients: theflavorchef.com/

Eggs do cause inflammation “eggs contain cholesterol, a type of fat that can promote inflammation in the body.” I’d recommend checking out Dr. Greger for actual nutritional facts.

Red meat does in fact cause inflammation, this directly from pubmed “higher total red meat intake led to higher blood CRP concentrations”.
