Carrot - 2 big
Drumstick - 1 nos
BEANS - 12 nos
Cauliflower - 1/2 Pieces
Cooked Green peas - 1/2 Cup
gingelly oil - 200 gms
Fenugreek - 3/4 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Dry red chillies - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Mustard paste - 25 gms
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3 tbs
Vinegar - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 4 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 3/4 tsp

ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു അച്ചാർ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. മുരിങ്ങക്കായും ഗ്രീൻപീസും ഒക്കെയുള്ളത്. ഇന്നുതന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കും. അതീവ രുചികരമായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് കാണുമ്പോഴേ അറിയാം. Thank you mam.
