2025 is the year that all the contractors working on Epic Universe become available and will be under contract for Disney work. This is a prime motivating factor for Disney's refurbishments in 2025.
If I’m honest I won’t miss any of them, though I’ve only been on about half the lost…. But it’s also impossible to miss rides you haven’t been on either.
It's always sad when one of your favourite rides at a particular theme park you enjoy gets removed. I don't really mind these days because it's part of the process of modernising and getting new rides in to the parks that hopefully, are better than the ones they remove. There are a few exceptions where this didn't happen i.e. Wild Mouse at Blackpool PB(R). Over the years I've learnt not to get too attached to a ride just in case it gets removed. You always have the memories to look back on, and the bruises.
A great video as always mate 😊😁. I wish i could’ve got to experience kingda ka and formula rossa (if it is definitely going) , i feel bad that your going next year and won’t be able to experience kingda ka, im sure you’ll still have a great time mate. Grand Prix hold some good memories for me with my dad so a bit sad to see it go 😊
I did always enjoy Scorpion at Busch Gardens - annoyingly I was over there in September this year about a week after it was removed so just missed it! While I didn't ride La Vibora, I did ride Efteling's Bob and I didn't think it was great - it was a much less comfortable ride than Mack's bobsled models!
It's a shame the Grand prix (Turnpike) has gone but must admit it lost it's appeal when it swapped over to electric. Just hope it is replaced within a sensible time frame.
It's not an individual attraction per say, but Flambards could have been included too with whatever rides were there. Did you ever experience flambards when it was open?
Hi Chris another great video. Personally I'll miss Grand Prix at Blackpool the most. A hell of a lot of childhood memories wrapped up in that ride...the fumes from the engines before electrification 🤔
You know I love BP.... grand prix, they're was a photo of me as a BABY in my grandads lap on the ride..... before health and safety as they're is also a photo of me as a older toddler on his knee on the log flume... 😂. Sadly I don't know where these photos are but when I see grand prix I think of him. So... yeah it's a good thing they are modernising as they would need an angel invester with unlimited funds to keep it a nostalgia park. But. 😢😢😢😢
Typically just after I publish this, Formula Rossa starts testing again 🙈
You can add The Blade from Alton Towers to the list now
And Sky Riders at Legoland 🙈
thanks so much

Yeah as long as they’re replaced with something decent I’m with you. But as you say if it’s like the wild mouse where nothing happens….
@@coaster_dad Absolutely 🙏

Yeah disappointed in Kingda Ka. But unavoidable 🙂
@ I know mate 😔, but there will be loads of other rides you will and can enjoy when your there which will hopefully make up for it 😊😁👍

Yeah I’ve only experience Mack bobsleds. I do want to try an Intamin one just to compare
Interesting video mate
Thanks 🙂

I suspect it’ll be 2026 at the earliest. But hopefully not 2027 🤞

I didn’t experience it. But you’re right another one to add to the list 😔
