Why I'm Leaving Disney World As A Cast Member! Plus New Elemental Float! Time To Move On From Disney

I have decided to move on from being a Disney World Cast Member! Sometimes decisions have to be made that are important for further growth and proper mental health. I break it all down in this vlog. Of course we have a new float now available at Disney's Hollywood Studios based on the Disney Movie Elemental. Let's review the float and talk about being a Disney Cast Member!

I have a co-worker friend, who left our hospital job to be a cast member at Disneyland in Anaheim (she worked as a custodian, & she mentioned the perks of having cast member discounts). Ever since the pandemic started in March 2020, & the park closed down, like everyone got laid off. So my friend came back to our hospital job, and stayed in our hospital job ever since. I’m glad that you did whatever you needed to do to take care of your needs, & do something that makes you feel valued in your workplace. I wish you the best of luck at your new workplace.

You have to do what is best for you and your family. I am sure you gave it your best shot but just like you said it wasn’t a good fit. When you get to that point in your life where you know what it is that you want to do, you have to follow your heart.
