Beaut sound, actually seems pretty well suited to Winton full track. Engine seems like it makes bucketloads of torque over a fairly wide range! Thanks for sharing it with us.

@@harrothepilot thanks for the comment. Yeah she's a torque monster for sure. Haha

I don't know why more racers don't use autos?...seems to me thinking outside the box takes courage and sadly most are like the loin off the wizard of Oz 😂 well done mate she's a ripper, enjoy Bathurst.

Why, because it is way slower. Uses more power and you seldom have the right gear at the right time.

I’d say the engine braking and understeer on the way into the corner because of the revs being so low. Other than that its a better idea! No gaps between shifts and can left foot brake easily is great :)

@@ldnwholesale8552 not sure how much slower it is when I won the over 4ltr class at Bathurst last year . 🤔 If you understand autos and realised that drag transmissions are completely different to circuit racing transmission you'd get it. But all good. Ignorance is a great counter point. Thank you for your opinion.

@@morgandavie4076 my car has always been a bit under steery due to the full spool but the engine braking and torque multiplication is unreal its like a cvt. When the transmission and converter are built for circuit racing not drag racing they're a different animal. And my car makes 700hp which always helps haha
