It's a very fine line to say art should be this or that, but " art for art sake" once a chant of the liberal class, find its message and action a betrayal of what art is supposed to inspire in us. Is art not a living vibrant thing or is it valueless. As the mantra has rendered it to be. Art was inspire the awaking of cave drawers to leave their safety and venture forward, Eugene Delacroix to James Baldwin and many countless others have use its narrative of story to throw off the shackles of one world and forge it anew. But now how we betray those timeless principle to circle ourselves in stuper. It tells story a powerful tool as time itself, but now that essence is lost, sacrificed to the Mammon and levinthians of our day, and in it's place the bread and circus that has us in the matrix. It is a very fine line, but that line is worth fighting not with today's arrows and trogons but the minds that inspired the world to crumble and come again. It is a fight worthiness having so cultures and museums inspire again, and a tomorrow or Idiocracy can be the leaders of Socrraties and Plato,and that generations will be glad to pick up where the previous one has left it.
