Philippines - Joyride inside Ayala Alabang Village (2010)

Strolling inside a gated community down south of Metro Manila. Ayala Alabang is one of the posh villages in Philippines. With the skyway rehabilitation nearly completed land prices would increase as well.
This is a 2010 joyride version and also a response to a viewer who was not happy with the first joyride.
Located in Muntinlupa City.

The speed Is always 60 :) the faster speed you are the AAVA guards are there in your doorstep :) Ticketing you... @CleverCAB thanks for watching! I would love to do a Joyride video if time would permit me so then would do a Forbes Joyride or an Edsa joyride but unfortunately Edsa is somewhat far from my route, there are other youtubers whom have uploaded Edsa, you can try watching their vids as well :)

private subdivision, you would be needing brokers to find you a house inside. And you have to find accredited brokers from the AAV association in order to facilitate your purchase of property
