I had the same break and surgery as Ted. I only started to ride a trainer after 3 weeks. Doc told me to keep my heart rate down and not to anything where I might fall for 8 weeks

I believe you are sponsored by Rene Hearse tires if I am not mistaken. I think those are some of the highest quality tires I have ever used. The downside is they seem a little slow compared to some other tires like the Specialized Pathfinder Pro or the Pirelli Gravel tire. Have you ever thought about using a lower rolling resistance tire or are you contractually obligated to use there product. I think you would be even faster on another tire. I need a tip for how to keep water for long endurance rides best way possible. If possible, attach bottles on fork in bikepacking style, timetrial double bottle mount behind saddle or camel bag? I see a lot of riders wearing a camel but I thought it's good to get rid of the weight on your body and keep the weight on your bike as much possible?

This town pays their high school football coach $94k, and he has six assistant coaches. I know, they're probably masquerading as "teachers" . I rode about 10 miles immediatley after breaking my collarbone and it was pure hell. Cannot imaging 150 miles!
