I want to make recipes that incorporate the beautiful natural yeasts of my sourdough starter I have cultivated and cared for.. your channel is perfect to start learning. this is just a thought- would you ever be interested in writing a sourdough e-book? I think you have some amazing recipes you should share. I know it’s a lot of effort but I think it’s a good way to compile all your amazing work. if you struggle with writing because English is your second language (like me 😅) maybe consider getting a friend to help out! even if you don’t want to do this idea, I look forward to trying this focaccia recipe ❤

You can do it! Keep feeding it if you are in cooler climates feed it every 24 hours if in warmer climates every 12 hours and the good temp to achieve faster is between 27 to 30
