  • This new technique of rotary instrumentation makes use of the improved properties of the modern heat treated files which are more resistant to fracture compared to the conventional files. This allows simplification of the older protocol.

Thank you sir for making this video. I noticed sometimes that F1 reaches apex after using S1 till WL. Now I got my answer why.
Waiting for ur next educational video. Kindly make one on instrumentation of maxillary and mandibular incisors.

In tough canal if we can not able to negotiate the canal with hard try then what to do ?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge sir ...I have one doubt sir , is the file engagement inside the canal will be more since we are directly starting with f1 though only to resistance area initially but binding is more using this method and for how many cases this file we can use by this method sir ...once again thank you sir ...

Thank u for the video sir.
My doubt is how much time do it take for cleaning compared to normal BMP?
And how much canal approximately can a single file can be used as it takes more stress initally.?

I haven’t seen anybody ever talk so convincingly . Do you vouch for single cone obturation 100 percent of your Cases ? Doc. Could you also tell us how to go through anterior rct easily especially cos rotary ain’t that helpful with wide anterior canals .

Sir i am currently using waldent company files. They are good as of my experience. They have both fixed and variable taper files. Both are gold heat treated and at same price. I am confused to use whether fixed or variable taper design because all others are same. I am already getting good results with fixed taper. Should i use F1 of variable taper or 25/06 of fixed taper considering your simplified technique. Pls clarify me
