Superb review...just one mention about neo endo as dental advisor said it cuts slow compare to a protaper.still ok system in case of very curved canals when protaper has higher chance of fracture

I bought x smart plus endomotor last yr. It's handpiece does not receive many files.files tightly fit in to handpiece and very difficult to remove even it's wave one gold difficult remove and battery back is very poor. So people's dont buy x smart plus
I am using it for the last 3 years.dont know what happened to yours.It has press button release so no need to pull .And you get preprogammed system settings for wave one gold.protaper and protaper next .You can also set your own programs.Its one of the best one available.try to repair it with authorised personnel.
Used earlier model,x-smart for a really long time.Have been using x-smart plus since last 3yrs.Oil the chuck mechanism with KaVo hand piece oil spray. Also check for file handles. If there is set sealer, or temp cement, please remove it from file handles. I have been using many systems from reputed companies with the unit without any issue. Agree that the battery life is lesser than the earlier x-smart that I had.
If nei endo doesn't cut then how it increases the canal dimensions???fact is Neo endo cuts less aggressively than other files.... And this is it's biggest advantage. Because of this the files are not stressed and lasts much longer.... Also breakage chances are reduced.
True but when a files cuts less even in motion it produces a smear layer difficult to remove before obturation . Any instrument which cuts less may be used for more cases but how can you determine when to discard or “जब तक तोड़ेगा नहीं , छोड़ेगा नहीं “ Hope you understand cheers

himanshu singh see you can use any rotary files in any endomotor if they are rotation types only but in case of reverse reciprocating type files like wave one gold if your endomotor have such function they can also be used efficiently

Dr.Aditya Sharma hi hyflex edm is a good file but i didn't had that in stock rather i forgot to be honest . Mani silk is a waste in my opinion and thus not included.
kawshiki shrivastwa flexicon x7 is very aggressive file system and highly cost effective and efficient , I have performed 30 cases with flexicon x7 it contains two sets of three files each at a rate of 1800₹ for 6 files
