- On day 19 of the Chad Daybell triple murder trial, Dr. Garth Warren with the Ada County Coroner's office went into detail about the death of JJ Vallow, the youngest child of Lori Vallow who was murdered in September 2019.

The safeguards are there for a reason, and there is no country that has, or has had, the death penalty that hasn’t put innocent people to death. Until we can guarantee 💯 that trials, evidence gathering, and procedures cannot fail or be corrupted through bias and other means, the status quo needs to remain. We do not live in a black and white world with only yes/no options.

I could understand why. It's really harder when it's a child and not a grown adult.. I worked in a funeral home for several years as an assistant . It still bothers me to this day to see a child dead no matter how it happened. It's very sad 😢

I love how Lori said the deaths were an accident. And this chad couldn't have been a passive participant, I don't see lori building a fire by herself. The law has to be applied without emotion. This attorney could absolutely detest this man, but his job is to ensure that the law is applied fairly, without bias, and not broken in any way. If he’s done HIS job correctly, then no appeal will succeed as there will be no grounds to support it.
If you compare this attorney to those defending Alex Murtaugh, where they came across as corrupt, arrogant, and power bloated attorneys banding together to protect their traditional little boys club, then you can see where he falls on the ladder. You don’t see him when he goes home and is behind closed doors, to see his true feelings regarding this case and how it’s affecting him.
EDIT: I wasn’t aware at the time of writing my original response of the attorney’s prior actions and attempts to be recused. My original response stands though in respect to how ALL attorneys should conduct themselves when defending those that have (allegedly until found guilty) committed despicable acts.
It hurts so much. As a woman who wants to be a mother but cannot have kids, I would have loved these any any other children that needed a mother. I would've have accepted these children as my own with open arms, as I would any needy child. People who do this to children deserve the worst spot in hell. Just GIVE THE CHILD TO SOMEONE WHO LOVE THEM. THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE ON THIS EARTH THAT WOULD HAVE CARED FOR THEM.

There’s no way Alex Cox could have murdered JJ without Lori’s consent. Evil mother and Chad were aware and consented to it. Buried them in his yard. I imagine they murdered Alex as well to keep him from testifying. Made it seem from natural cause. Lori has murdered two husbands as well and got away with it, up until now.
Seems like they got Alex to do all their dirty work.
In a way it’s fortunate Alex died. Otherwise he would have taken the fall for all 4 murders.
the cause of death in his case is also a question mark.
However, in all the months of investigations, it’s unlikely the prosecution failed to check it out.

I pray everyone seeing these innocent babies' remains can heal from the horrific pain it must have caused them. Medical examiners, lawyers, the judge, the jury, if they've seen them. Just terrible. Both these men sound to be on the verge of tears.

Are the autopsy photos on Chad’s laptop, or only on Pryor’s?
I’m sure Chad has seen them. He gets to see all evidence against him.
