So why worry about getting electrocuted? and why would the notes change pitch or is that common for certain electronic keys. I have a microkorg was gifted to me and I'm not very proficient on it but curious
Analog synths, especially earlier ones have a reputation for going out of tune. But he goes on to compare it to a guitar, which definitely goes out of tune.
It is analog.I know people who changed the sides(plastic) with wooden ones. Its up to you.For me the sound is more important than the looks.Looks is second.
Does anyone else have the problem that when you have the MS20 mini plugged in it causes grounding hums in other equipment like microphones?? Pretty annoying, is there a way around this? I'm based I'm the UK so I use UK power supplies obviously.
Yes I've had two. One did one did not. Used a power conditioner from rotel and that fixed it. Coukd have been the power line. When using as usb conector also caused MAJOR hum. That coukd have been computer.
H4NDCRAFTED I haven't know, but it seems to cause hum even when its not connected to the mixer, as soon as I turn the plug on at the wall I can hear the hum in my microphones, rather annoying.
markaprill hmmm... are you using a UK plug too? I tried using my Microkorg XL plug but that doesn't seem to change a thing... would you recommend a power conditioner that is more in the format of an extension lead or are they not what I'm looking for? Thanks for the advice by the way.
davidevoid My guess would be that it's a ground fault on your computer. Might be hard to identify as most repair shops aren't audio experts. Could be a ground loop or low current ac leaking to the computer casing.
I got here from Googling, "Matt Berry speaking normally."
PetersonZF same sksns
😂 Brilliant "speaking normally"
Ha! I’ll never get used to it
@@Jim_Thomas_Draper It's so weird. It's kind of pseudo-posh, but he keeps cutting off the ends of words like a cockney.
Ha! I got here the opposite way: “how to sound like Matt Berry” (because I love the way he sound in IT Crowd and What We Do In The Shadows. )
I get it, Reynholm industries owns Korg
VexedMeerkat haha. 😂
I forgot about Korg! Brilliant! 😂😂
Matt = Legend.
I remember our school band having a Korg and a Casio mini Keys keyboard back in '86..Sounded good then..
I thought that was the bee's knees! 😂❤ He is so adorable 🥰
the MS-20 MINI is one of the most versatile and best sounding mono synths!
VolcaRock its actually hackable to polyphonic and even can unlock the 3rd oscillator
My mind saw a Matt Berry video thumbnail, and an MS20 video, and couldn't understand that they were the same video.
Fathaaaaaa!
MS-20 truly is the most devious synth in Reynholm Industries.
I've watched a lot of M at Berrys' shows, and this the first time I've heard his real voice hahaha.
A foot in the future. A foot in the past.
Talent
Legend
Legend says that Reynholm's electric pants were made of the old MS-20.
YES!
Poly Six did you say? Sir you have good taste.
why does his real voice sound more like a character than his characters? lol
Ricky Gervais but more cigarettes
"I'll take one human analog synth please."
Very interesting.
I don’t know why I’m in shock? But I’m in shock. 😂😂
Steven hi its Clem Fandango, Can You hear me?

Try out the Montrons too! They sit nicely on the MS-10/20
I can't be in love if it's plastic.....needs to be analog!

fuck are you on about
Why doesn't he talk about the 1975 Moose Goose?
clever fella
Glad he's chuffed
"you know?"
Fatheeeer!
I just ordered the mini but, now that I see Korg had to bring in Roger DeSalvo to sell it, I fear it may be a grift.
Hey Renholm Jr. Let's swap some files and make a breakcore track together!!! 'MURIKA!
So the message I'm getting is that old Korg equipment will electrocute you. ;-)

Have you tried a device with a ground lift ?

What the fuck? i just saw him saying the same thing about seeing Vince Clarke playing a Roland on Top of the Pops.
He reminds me so much of George "Osborne" it makes me sick. #Jesuslivesinmyheart
What was that? Seriously. What was that?
Call jordan from dream theater. He already does work for you. Let him play it and thats it. Thanks
