Matt just knows what to do and he does it with class.
This is fabulous...Matt Berry is my new found treasure.
same
Just found him a couple of months ago, and I feel that! The guy's awesome!!!
Matt Berry's musical abilities are phenomenal. Every time I listen to Kill The Wolf it just gets better.
I used to love Matts acting in Darkplace and Snuff Box. Now I admire him more for his music. The last two were brilliant.
Talked to Matt briefly after he performed in Reading, top bloke!
This Album is one of my top 5 all time albums.... October Sun is the soundtrack of my life.
Easily the surprise package of the year for me - really great atmospheric music.
Excellent details
one of the best records Ive bought. Always come back to it!
One of my favourite albums at the moment . I thought it would be a joke , and it does verge on parody in places but it's brilliant !
Just the right amount of parody and it makes me smile .
Can't get enough of Matt's albums.....
Kill The Wolf was my first Matt Berry album, but certainly not the last! Solstice is a superb piece of music. Love it!
I just found Kill the Wolf today and it's now in my top 5 favorite albums.
i really enjoyed the bristol gig, hope matt & his merry men (& cecilia!) tour again soon :)
Berry is LEGIT
The release of this album spurred me to listen to Opium and Witchazel which I haven't been able to turn off all week. And while at first I couldn't quite tell if there was a bit of jokester to some of the choices in the songs, the more I listen to them, the more the sincerity and depth is coming through to me and the genius of the layering and textures. I hope you make a trip to NYC!
the background singers to "the badger's wake" are summoning satan XD
I love his music because its deadly serious but also not at all serious in any way he is a master .
gutted can't see him on tour, but i'm definitely going to see him at Green Man
I've pre-ordered and am listening to snippets on itunes- can't get enough of it already. I'm sad that I missed seeing him touring recently, having already missed him when he toured Witchazel. Bought tickets, but he had to re-schedule and I couldn't make it :( This sounds like Matt's best yet!
I can't wait to see Matt in London this Saturday!
looking forward to seeing Matt tomorrow night in Leeds!
Listening to Matt Berry’s music I feel like Toast yelling, “but this is the same fucking song!” over and over until I go insane.
i love
Incredible.
need more IT crowd you are my favourite character!!!!!!!!
Matt is amazing. I just wonder why does this video have a strong Monty Python skit flavour...
Pure talent
Matt you're my favorite Brit
Witchhazel is an amazing record.
Yep, it's serious. If you haven't heard his other stuff pick it up. His music is totally his own thing.
🖤🖤🖤
After seeing so much of his comedy this almost comes off as a skit
God's prick and balls- I'm just learning about this eleven years after the fact.. thank you belated youtube algorithm!
I can't tell if this is serious or not. Dammit, Matt.
mark serletic me either
It is
Hi Steven, this is Clem Fandango can you hear me?
It's legit stuff!! And it's shocking many people when they finally realise it :P
LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW KISSES
Matt Berry is Demis Roussos! Pieface Records must have passed on his demos to Acid Jazz.
if this albums half as good as 'witchazel' and 'opium' it will be flippin wonderful. Hope he rocks newcastle again someday :)
A lot of layering but a bit mushy. I'd like to hear the elements.
Wow, me too! Are you going with anyone special?
What the fuck is that Producer wearing?
Eddie Piller...so desperately "hip"
Good but it doesn't beat 'Gallows Man'
Matt Berry is doing all the things I wanted to do but completely lacked the talent to do so. It's most irksome.
