The VS sure is an awesome machine! Just came in from splitting another 1/3 cord! Still trying to keep up on my goals as well. I will miss the machine I have too when it goes back. My back has never felt better 😂 Take care Matt👊🏻
There are vertical splitters out there with a 4 way but I believe a 4 way will take away the versatility of a vertical splitter. You wouldn’t have the precision you would have with a single knife.

I was blessed to meet Matt and operate this unit . It works well but I also ran the 28C . And at some point I think I will have one .

I’m curious why a 4 way couldn’t be an option for fhis? I haven’t used a vertical before so there must be an obvious reason why. Thanks.

Safety is the main concern with a 4 way wedge and having your hands in close proximity to the blades.
