She lives in a farm, farm work provides a lot of strength and it’s tough such she bucks the trees! She’s also canonically the strongest out of the main six, just physically strength. I’ve even drawn her with muscles since that I could see 😭
I don’t get why people get so mad over the race of a fantasy character or race swapping fantasy characters in general they can be perceived differently and that’s ok, not everyone is some muscular Cis het white man. ( ily your designs btw ❤️👌chefs kiss)

3:47 as a latina i just wanted to say that hispanic is not a race. A hispanic is someone whose born language is spanish, u can be hispanic and white, or hispanic and latin cause its not a race!! treating "Hispanic" as a race also excludes brazilians, that are latin but dont speak spanish. me and my little sis were watching this together, and her impacted canines are one of her biggest insecurities so when fluttershy (her fav of the mane 6) had them she was very excited XD
I match it to the shade the color to figure out the color out of cool neutral and warm I go based off their unnatural color and their skin shade to determine how dark or light they are like how twilight is a lighter brown or mixed and what it also does is make pinkie pie and applejacks skin the same which is a good touch based of they might be related.
Ah I love these redesigns! Especially the outfits I think are really cute. Also, I don't know why people are so angry about the headcanons! While I have different ideas for the characters races than these videos, I think seeing a different take on them is interesting and I don't understand why people were being rude or just straight up racist about it. It’s always nice seeing diverse head canons. Yeah it sucks that people are made that the characters aren’t white, but it gets me sad that they are right in a sense. MLP definitely wasn’t made w diversity in mind, and the characters are coded respectively or at all. Like as someone who’s Asian I enjoy the common head cannon of her being Asian. But it often triggers the racist Asian and White ppl. I think of her as both. AndlWhat else I think is the problem is that her getting head cannoned as Asian come from a lot of her features. Sharp dark eyes, dark hair contrast w her literally white ‘skin’. It’s sad, but on a more positive note these are so pretty 🩵🩵🩵.
Honestly the way i draw them changes every time i try to so i really dont think it should be a big deal what race or skin colour people draw characters with no canon race
