Hi everyone, I'm Sophie, also known as BirdNerdSophie, and I make educational and entertaining parrot care content! Love this!! There’s one of the bird teas I don’t like the smell cuz one of the mixes has oregano in it! Actually they also don’t seem to love it as much as the first blend I taught them that was much more sweet and floral 🌸

Thanks for some wonderful ideas here - definitely going to try the star anise and I also just downloaded a list of healthy bird spices earlier and it recommended a cinnamon stick. I am also going to introduce some dried herbs to the food. I like the dry blend idea since cocktails tend to prefer crunchy drier foods although a lot of times mine both prefer fresh veggies to freeze dried.

I loved seeing what they have for their dinner! Do you recommend an "Automatic Parrot Bathtub" as my birds need an upgrade in theris? Obviously it's only for baths so their not having very grimy water as it's plastic! This sounds very weird because it's for the birds that food you made but it look yummy 😅🤣

Do you think this is a good daily diet for cockatiels? I'm considering stooping the mixed millet but i'm unsure what kind of food to replace it with
Our cockatiel diets are very similar to this video, only less fruit and a little more grains/seed 😊
