This video demonstrates on a 2016 Sienna and provides instructions for Sienna years 2003-2020.
This repair only requires removing two bolts and simply popping off the tail light to replace it or to access the bulbs. Very easy to do.

2014 Toyota Sienna doesn't allow you to replace Brake light, it built in assembly. Also we need to buy Amber Back turn light Sylvania 7440, since Toyota made assembly clear for blinker part and not not orange. You show brake light replacement. The tail light is on the lift door assembly. For 2014 Sienna it's Sylvania 168 light bulb.
