Do you realize how much $$ we waste paying the members of Congress for spending more & more while resolving no problems. .Need a law saying all New tax revenue must go to paying down the debt.. Congress has to make the decisions on where to spend the money without borrowing anymore.. Want a billion for X, cut spending elsewhere..
