Yup working under incompetant unfair leaders can feel like a life sentence to a Sigma male but for some reason I always ended up working for such people. Eventually it became clear to me that they are not the problem . The problem is me, myself. I was not being my authentic self and working towards building something on my own. Today , I work for myself and thank God im doing pretty well. Looking back i realize that I was never meant to work for anyone. It was simply a temporary phase and never meant to be a permanent destination for me.
🙏. I got stuck with one at my last job and he was not only incompetent but also very hypocritical. He would say one thing then I would do it then change his mind telling me why I did it? He didn’t like how I was always one step ahead until he could get me to mess up and fire me. Long story got fired for some messed up reason, not long after, his only employee quit leaving him with no one to manage. It only took some time everyone knew what an awful person he was and was outcasted. He eventually quit but had really lasting affected the company
#10 ive experienced alot in my life. Interruption absolutely makes me distance myself with people like that. I have no use for them when my conversation isn't valued.
Oh yeah, my best friends call me weird, but they call me when they need a problem solved. Incompetent bosses, plastic people, time wasters, alphas trying to out peacock me or dominate me with power plays all find an empty space where I used to be.
You can call me aloof . You can call me antisocial . You can call me weird . One thing you cannot call me is being superficial like so many others out there .
We will win if we have to wait years to get that win or even if we have to come to the realization we will have to take a loss to ensure we have our justice eventually.
These are all on point. I can recall each of these things at some of the most difficult times in my life. I've moved on. Distancing myself from such instances. I'm much better now.

I’ve listened with great interest in these videos, fast forward to get to each point (impatient…), but find myself agreeing with each one. I left a couple jobs due to incompetent leadership above me. Just a solid no for me.

If your work place is full of sycophants who think brown nosing or providing sexual favors to the boss is the way to get a promotion, a Sigma cannot win in that environment. You cannot persuade co-workers with logic and reason if they are controlled by fear and or self interest with no concern for professional integrity. I worked for a company that had at least 12 people who worked in different departments that would have sex with representatives of companies we were trying to win contracts with. They put these people in a brochure of the company that they produced for obvious reasons. When you are in that situation you should not tell anyone you figured out what is going on and start applying for work with other companies immediately. You cannot win against several dozen people who don't want their spouses to find out what is going on at work. If they know that you know and are not part of it there fear of being exposed will drive them to destroy your career. They will all lie to protect themselves and the company even in a court room.
And the staring thing I don't like to glare or stare at people or things why on Earth are people consistently staring without any regard what when why where or how so ever

have to agree with the points mentioned. yet sigma males come in different shades of gray or grey. in a mas6sive downsig the frost person let go was a fiesty sigma male supervisor who was a veteran of the vietnam war and rank of sargent. he was the first to go. he was pissed when the director notified him he was canned.. i security guard had to watch the supervisor out. i was the second to go. but i had anout 12 hours to think about. i had time to think what not to say. i remained cool calm and collected and told the director i understood it was a numbers game and my number came up. i went to the out placement. briefing. i became the higher labor grade pderson as the clerical staff got the transition briefing. i knew them and i could see the shock in their eyes. and i tried to comfort them. i guess it was a pay up for them hosting a luncheon and awwarding me the tee shkirt and title of prince of payroll (our department name) i guess i earned that title as an award. as a team member and as a tea member on the row boat leaving the company after 14 years . i like to think it was an alabama ban song you can't keep a gopd man down and there are angels among us.

They strive to understand, and when they're satisfied with their understanding - if the final bottom line is negative (like with incompetency) - they will not "hate it" - there will be ZERO emotional reaction to it. It's a fairly common phenomenon and they will file it as just another data point. They will/might, if they deem it necessary, take steps to remove it - if not, they'll ignore it. Sigma's, as with other things, will NOT waste their emotions. They understand the value (and the danger) of them. Closest we can get to understanding sigmas is the term "optimum efficiency". In everything. But, back to my point, maybe it's not a bad idea to delete this video? Might be a good thing.

Sigmas do NOT posess both “alpha and beta traits”, as we are completely different from extroverted alphas or weak simps.
