I really like the edit, but there's some points that are strange Atomic X is nowhere near as strong as Alien X, that's visible, it doesn't have any temporal manipulation (something that is basic to Alien X) among others. Ben should gain IQ most (thanks to Gray Matter and Brainstorm) but I think it's hard for him to get it when its transformed into something like atomic, Sonic in the classic era was good enough to use planes, by himself, continuing on from that, I think Sonic or Mario should gain more experience, they already faced cosmic beings since then (And how the hell Clockwork got Durability????) XLR8 is faster than Classic Sonic, as XLR8 was able to run so fast that time appeared to be stopped for him. (I'm going off of Classic Sonic speed as shown in gameplay, cutscenes, and Mania adventures) Jetray is faster than Modern Sonic as Jetray was able to fly light-years in seconds. (Again, going off of Sonic's gameplay, cutscenes ect) Alien X pretty much gets everything in the last round, as he bends time and space to his will, has bare minimum multiversal durability. A fraction of Alien X's power was used to breach a 5D barrier, via Scurd the Slimebiote. He has thousands, potentially from the hundreds of thousands to billions of years of experience and knowledge via the two other personalities that make up Alien X, who are implied to have been alive thousands of years before the Omnitrix was created, and are conscious even when Alien X isn't in use. (And also I'm not being biased as I am reasonably well versed in everyone here other than Mario, and I very much enjoy all four characters and their respective franchises)
