Ngl i wished they cooked the villains presently better, infinite could’ve been a straight banger and also in sonic frontiers even though it had a cool presentation the villain kinda lacked…a good final boss fight thanks to the dlc doesn’t cover the fact that the end was lacking…

I thought The End would beat Super Sonic, since Sage said she saw countless possibilities and even so Super Sonic wouldn't beat The End, Sonic only managed to beat it because Sage helped and also because The End was not at full power.
Thats prob why Super Sonic would win, it was not at full power.
Sage sped up the fight, and probably stooped the planet's destruction, but Sonic could probably have solo'd.

Reminder that The End was gonna self-destruct after Super Sonic's ramming attack, that means the attack must have hit *hard*
@@sonicdml4175 Nah, when The End launched its final attack you could tell that Super Sonic wasn't going to be able to take it alone until Sage arrived, and also as far as we can tell from The End's lines he basically has infinite power in his true form, (Not to mention he even mocked the other villains Sonic has faced in the past by calling them finite compared to his true power, and even Ian Flyin said that if The End reached his true form he would be the most powerful villain Sonic would have faced so far ), so imagine Sonic facing The End with his full power, Super sonic would be beaten very badly if that happened.

I wasn't saying The End with full power, I was saying Super Sonic could beat The End while it is weakened.
Also Sonic could have easily dodged that beam, and even if he couldn't stop it, it's clear it didn't hurt him at all, he only tried blocking it because it was probably gonna hit the planet.
As I said, Super Sonic could probably win, but with a *lot* of collateral damage Sonic wouldn't be happy with.
(It actually seems like Super Sonic is far more durable than Frontiers The End, because Sonic rams right through it and causes a giant crater while being unharmed)

IMO SA2 Shadow should have won, since I think the only reason why Sonic was able to beat him was, cause he had an fake chaos emerald, that was almost as powerful as a real one, without it, I think Shadow would've most likely won

2:23 Sonic would actually destroy Silver in a battle.
This reason is because Sonic is actually the one to have way more durability than Silver, being able to take beatings from multiple gods, survive the impact of a blackhole, and being able to withstand a GIANT tornado. He also has more strength than Silver, as he could break through metal, punch through several robots without discomfort, take on perfect chaos in base form AND destroy the egg emperor without the help of Tails and Knuckles. He's also able to take on the EGG DRAGOON in base form. Sure, Silver has survived his own meteor smash, but Sonic has survived way worse. He's been knocked miles into the air, smashed into bricks and still wake up in one piece, he has enough strength to tear robots apart by hand, he can topple the Egg Golem in one kick, and even take a ruthless pummeling from the Time Eater.
So yeah I think it's safe to say that Sonic would wreck Silver in a battle

edit: and another thing is that hes able to take multiple beatings from infinite and many other villains, he may have came back 6 months later but that was only cause he was trapped in the death egg
This is 06 SONIC VS 06 Silver not CURRENT Sonic Vs Silver or prime or or bloodlusted, this canon 06 Sonic Vs Silver without bringing up the Super Form and Silver is clearly stronger and has defeated Sonic on multiple occasion but couldn't kill him either because of amy or shadow. Some of those feats that you mentioned is either AFTER 06 or this is his super form so these doesn't count, this is a 1v1 in THIS GAME called Sonic The Hedghog 2006, not forces or colors and even if you defeated silver as sonic, he get his ass beaten while clearly trying to make this as fast as possible in their cutscene + bro can't even counter his powers so Silver low diff him. (Again 06 Sonic Vs 06 Silver base form without power up or bringing up the games coming AFTER that event, if you played 06 you would know that silver usually wins against him)

Plot armour only carries you so far, Sonic *consistently* beats his rivals, and that level of power is almost never contradicted, maybe you just need to notice that Sonic actually does have that much power.
Also Sonic is one of the strongest characters in the franchise, not Knuckles strong, but you still would not want to be punched by him, and stop acting like ripping apart robots is impressive, pretty much every notable Sonic character has done that.

Back to Explain:
Yes Hyper Sonic was and still is canon. Sega simply don't use the character for two reasons:
1. Hyper Sonic can only happen when the Chaos Emeralds become the Super Emeralds. How and why they transformed is never really explained in S3+K other than additional Special Stages to recharge them.
2. Modern Super Sonic is rather powerful. Able to move at break-neck speeds and with boost making Sonic near-invulnerable anyway, Super Sonic is powerful and fast. Going as far as Hyper Sonic would be over-kill and that while modern PCs and consoles can perhaps process such a display of speed and power, the audience may have trouble controlling Hyper Sonic at ludicrous speed. It would be like playing as Super Sonic in Unleashed or Generations and speeding up the footage to be twice as fast. Players actually controlling that speed and momento would be difficult for them.
Modern Super Sonic is pretty much more powerful and fast than Classic Hyper Sonic. So if thats the case Modern Hyper Sonic would perhaps be godlike by now.

No bro, it's not canon. If we play S3K at the end of Hyper Sonic we will have a 100% perfect ending, since the Master Emerald, in addition to making Angel Island fly again, is also delivered back to Knukles, so it wouldn't make sense for Knukles' campaign to happen already that the Egg robot wouldn't be able to steal it.
At the end of Super Sonic, everything makes sense, since the Master Emerald is not delivered to Knukles, making it easier for the Egg robot to steal it, thus making sense of the existence of Knukles' story. And also right after the credits at the end of Super Sonic there is an image of Eggman's robot getting up, which is the same one we see in Knukles' story
and also in the original version of the game(which is Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knukles separately) the ending is already that of Super Sonic, Hyper Sonic at the junction of the tapes only serves as an extra for the player

Sonic would need luck and good plot amor to win that fight even if he in his hyper form

Base Sonic also is either almost as powerful as, or slightly stronger than Mega Death Egg Robot, which *did* have the real Phantom Ruby, and scaled *faaar* above Infinite.

How does Sonic keep winning battle IQ? His most creative strategies are bashing into his enemies at lethal speeds. Sounds like brute force tactics to me.
Tactics and Strategies are (somewhat) linked to Battle IQ
He's always been portrayed as very smart, *especially* in combat.
The whole brute force thing is just him not taking it seriously, stuff like Sonic Battle shows he can have a lot of combat strategy if he wants.
(He also knows several martial arts)
He can quickly find a weakness and exploit it??

Super Sonic easily defeats Solaris, stated in the Sonic '06 guide that he alone was already capable of defeating Solaris.
He beat his physical form but not Solaris itself
It is literally stated in Prima Guide that even Super Sonic alone cannot defeat Solaris.

Super sonic should take everything in some fights, like the dark gaia fight. Maybe gaia can take abilities since it can basically turn off the chaos emeralds but I'd say that's it. Not every fight though
