ONLY after U$A departure , Afghanistan able to close down most opium production.
Now you know who is the culprit .

Taliban always had hard-line stance on illicit drugs. Under
US occupation opium production multiplied and many NATO soldiers were involved in drug trafficking

@@zainmudassir2964 Well, we too would plant opium if a government no longer existed (freedom from all forms of social repression!) Rather ironic that they then fill their mouths with greater inclusion, lgbtq plus, then again stigmatize those who prefer to consume chocolate, instead of jam 🙃(metaphor for heroin) moreover, we have done so much damage by repressing heroin (therefore opium plantations) look at the advent of synthetic drugs such as fentanyl (we can certainly say that it would only be beneficial if heroin returned to avoid fentanyl) so why worry about this when we have created so much worse?

Nah if usa wanted to they would have legalized opiates but they crackdown. They lost war by being anti opium instead of embracing it as tool to fight taliban

The U$A population only accounts for 5% of the global population, but consumes 80% of the world's opioids, and so far the U$ has no permanent control of fentanyl-like substances.

My condolences to all Burmese🇲🇲 who lost their *freedom and dignity* due to the military junta
who was helped by the Chinese regime to overthrow a democratically elected government.
China🇨🇳 wants Myanmar under its direct control so that it can export *illicit drug* using Myanmar as an export route via the Mekong river.
    - and now democracy-loving Burmese become victims of capital punishment for opposing the genocide regime.
