I truly admire her strength and courage. Her husband was a hero and is greatly missed. Our world needs brave people like the Navalnays to show us the way.
Navalny's quotes remind of Trump:
1. July 2008: In a blog post, Navalny wrote about immigrants from the Caucasus:
“We will not let Moscow be taken over by dark-skinned and criminal elements.”
2. 2013 Campaign Rally: During a speech, he said:
“I am not a nationalist. But we have to understand that the Russian people are a priority.”
As a native Russian I used to support Navalny until he backed up the annexation of Crimea and revealed his imperialist, colonial mindset. A few weeks ago Yulia condemned the call of Russian colonies for freedom and separation from Russian Federation by highlighting “our common background”, which only proved how far she is from the suffering of real people in Russian colonies. Russian opposition wants to take Putin’s place but they are not ready to change their oppressive colonial mindset

Nawalny was the most popular among them, but there are also those who want a truly democratic Russia, like Irina Scherbakowa, Garry Kasparov or Mikhail Khodorkovsky and their organisations. And while I'd prefer one of those, I still think than Nawalny would have been a better president than Putin.
Yulia is the epitome of grace. May she have joy in her life eternally. Thank you for carrying on his work.

I remember hearing her late husband’s name here and there, but when he was poisoned and almost died, he could have remained away, but chose to returned to Russia where he was arrested. I learned more about him at that time and I look forward to reading his memoir. I will keep his wife, children, family, and other people that speak up in opposition of decorators and communists regimes in prayer.
People here in the USA (and in other places)that want a decorator have know ideal what that means. Many of the things that these people say and do would not be allowed, and they only are able to exercise (and often abuse) free speech because of the freedoms we have!

Russia is now run by a fascist pig, Putin who is a dictator that has delusional plans to destroy all western democracies, not with his military, but through using cyber propaganda to divide the populations in democracies and convince them that democracy doesn't work.

From Berlin, Germany here. We watched on TV when Alexei Navalny was poisoned on a plane and was transported to a hospital in Berlin, where he was treated for 3 months. May he Rest in Peace. I hope sincerely that Yulia may one day be the president of s democratic Russia.

Yulia is an incredibly strong and beautiful woman who has the heart of a lioness. If ever a couple was well matched (both personally and politically) it is Alexei and her. She is an Economist by education and I can't help but think that what both America and Russia could use at this time is a strong, educated, intelligent, compassionate woman at the helm of the country. Kamala is poised to become that, and wouldn't it be wonderful if Yulia was too.

For a while now I have a photo of her and Alexei Navalny, she was sitting on his lap on a balcony, lovely photo. And I wrote "Alexei Navalny the bravest man I have ever known in history", He got on a plane back to Russia, to almost certain death after almost dying from poison ordered by Putin. Then the person who fears for his own life, the coward Putin murdered him because he feared him. Draft dodging coward Trump relates to Putin by the way.
