I would adore an Anthony Starr Reverse Flash. He can definitely portray that kind of menacing, imposing figure but also that obsession and need for approval.
I literally could not imagine Anthony in any other role but Eobard thawne. Homelander is a public figure trying to win people's attention, but Eobard is the embodiment of pettiness. It would be different enough of a character while still being a villain
It just feels so boring to me.
Glenn Howerton is my Reverse-Flash, he can pull off that obsessive menacing Eobard well imo.

I don't see Ryan Hansen in the thumbnail, and thus I am heartbroken. You put me on to his TH-cam Premium series after BG fancast video and I fell in love with him for the role. Booster Gold has always been my favourite superhero since I met him and Ryan has the energy, charisma and goofiness down pat.
Now that I've watched the entire video, you have once again sold me on an actor I didn't know 10 minutes ago. I'll try to make time for Letter Kenny.

The important thing is how will Booster Gold’s dynamic be with Blue Beetle, and if they choose to bring back Jaime Reyes or bring in Ted Kord.
Jaime is firmly in the old DCU, right? So he's out. And the friendship is all Ted Kord, so hopefully they do something with him.... if only for us to get the Martian Manhunter Cookie Conundrum

Was Jason Sudeikis ever confirmed as Ted? If so, wouldn't there be too big an age gap between them? I know Ted is older in the comics, but I figured he wouldn't be more than 10 years older than Booster. Anyways, I'm very excited about these news! Glen would nail it, but Dylan Playfair does have that Booster energy!

My only, singular issue with Dylan is.. his voice. That’s literally it. He sounds less like a super hero and more like a goofy jock. Other than that, dude is perfect.
It’s funny because he’s basically the same age as Hoult & Corenswet, so I don’t really think they are gonna go younger
I went and watched an interview with him, and his natural voice is a fair way removed from the jock persona, so I'm sure he could deliver a good voice for the role.

I like Patrick Schwarzenegger for this I think, but I haven't seen the 3rd guy in anything. It's also a sort of novel concept for Arnold Schwarzenegger's kid to become a big star as well, like I just think that would be neat.

Interesting trio. I like Dylan Playfair and wouldn't complain if he's cast, but I am a little more interested in Patrick Schwarzenegger for Booster Gold. That said, I would enjoy Glen Powell if they could get him, Ryan Hansen feels just a little older than I'd like.

What do you think of the Deathstroke rumors floating around? The only thing I care about is if they do Rose Wilson, she needs to be played by a Southeast Asian actor.
I wonder if Gunn & Safran at some point will cast a somewhat known actor that's a draw for their universe. I feel this way of casting releatively unknown talent or people that are not that much known by general audiences is quite risky, especially when you adopt the lesser known characters. Creatviely the right way to go & exciting, just commerically very risky. What's the draw of a Booster Gold show for general audiences? Or a Supergirl movie? And it doesn't have to be the main characters, but I wonder if we'll get Jeff Bridges, Anthony Hopkins, Michael Douglas in MCU supporting roles-like casting for this universe at some point. Because Superman definitely doesn't have that.

Homelander literally got his ass beat by a cable guy and an angry brit with swiss cheese brain who got their superpowers earlier that week. Homelander has never been in a fight where he was even slightly matched in power before, so hes never improved at anything.
