I think the elves need more random 10k primary skill help advantage on tabletop in my opinion, after that last touchdown storm against a bunch of catchers warming up my defensive formation memory muscles, lol???
Honestly don’t think so because it really doesn’t matter for table top since you aren’t really playing 40 game seasons a lot of the time. Rebuys kind of solve the issue I think of the 10k random primary.
I've played 2020 Norse a fair bit, and I'll be honest, the Ballkyries (yes, really, that's obviously what they should be named) are such great pieces. They're very versatile, starting with 4 'you wouldn't usually grab this' skills that all develop in interesting ways. Also, the team *severely* needs the extra MA this edition, because the rush penalty on Bondsmen is felt. No clue if the boar does anything besides dodge through tacklezones and/or foul. Pick-me-up seems like such a nothing skill for a team most likely to be either standing, or stunned. On dorfs it'd be broken, though, so I'm thankful its not there (or on any wrestle team).
after playing 3 seasons of new Norse on tabletop I can say the beer boars are surprisingly useful. Pick Me Up is kind of meh, imo, because you can't rely on it, but it does sometimes come in really clutch so it's definitely not nothing. What I found made a bigger difference was just having a titchy piece I could pretty easily get to wherever I needed it for that one extra assist/assist cancel.
I think pick-me-up is more useful as a threat than anything else. You're opponent has to be wary about following up knock downs, or putting a cage against a knocked down player for the chance they get back up.
I managed a sideline surf in a tournament the other day, using my pig to blitz a S2 ball carrier in a side cage. It was a beautiful moment. Agree on the assist dodges. Titchy and Stunty is a nice combo. Also for fouling.
Look like there’s a lot to take in this season. Also having the choice of the different super leagues probably means I’ll end up building more than two Norse teams
I image a lot of people are going to use those starting extra skills to just pill on a bunch of things like block. Like an annoying Amazon team where the whole team starts with blodge.
Say what? Beer boar isn't a good option? It's less than an already cheap lineman on a team that can struggle to keep the numbers up. Sure the Pick Me Up trait is only 1/3 chance, but it is huge, as it can give you blocks where there shouldn't be any. To me, the option of being able to throw in a foul an only lose 20k TV is a great trade-off. The bad is that you typically first need to get into a position for a good foul and it might mean giving up the strategic positioning for the drive. And I am not a fan of that, unless you have a Sneaky Git, DP and a bribe to make it work.
I was thinkin norse would be a good team to add, I'm sure they're 8avs will make them as invincible as elves in this game, lol, those beer boars look pretty decent for 20k and titchy probably, definitely had to cut the catchers off my halflings and didn't miss droppin that high kick with karla with nobody around in the second half sweltering heat and am goin from a losing to a winning streak after two.... the linemen look pretty great with block and thickskull at 50k without claws though? And maybe griff and a chef, woulda been better against 2 reroll dwarves than morg and a couple coaches at 420k starting, with a hurt and injured dwarf if I didn't lose 1-0, and what happens when I dont bite the bullet and go karla, white dwarf, and stop standing lone halflings up around block/tackle dwarves, at least he had to go for it to score in the first half? Much better 2-0 against orcs without tackle and some lucky early casualties with zug and griff. Sprint and sure feet sure can be great, and gotta be thinkin, not like this when you look at the halfling team, lol, dark elves were a much better dwarf matchup, and probably these guys will be alright, sure used the 7ma on the runner alot goin for it trying to blitz their runner and better with a reroll for that one though.
I like blood bowl three but it really needs a play limit 10 games 20 games maybe 30 games then you have to rebuy your team like it is in the rulebook. It needs an end of season.
Disagree. Rebuy would kill the game for me. I like building teams, and rebuild removes a lot of that special sauce for me. And as we've covered several times it would not work in a ladder settimemlike bb3.
Yes, the eternal discussion on how an online nigh eternal ladder should be organized. Didn't they introduce Sprint into ladder: just the best run of 20 games count, as opposed to all the games. The redraft is actually designed for small local table top league in order to keep teams in check and not run away with some well developed players continue to grow.
very helpful, im excited about the Norse!
thank you for your time and efforts!
That change to Primary Skill values makes me wonder if that's something we'll see in the next iteration of tabletop Blood Bowl...

How can you see the info at 9:45 when playing on a controler?
It's still the same button as it' always been. They've just added more info to it.
@@cKnoor Soit is k on pc. but what button is it if you play on the playstation?
What about the stadium upgrades?
No mention of Eternal League? Dissapointing. Ivwas really looking forward to that.
The yehtee has changed since bb2 it's gone from 1 ag (5+) to 4+ag

Can the norse choose Favoured of khorne?
Yes they can.
megastars are banned aswell in season 7 ladder:)

1750k for the TV limit could be higher.

No Deeproot still then?
I guess when Gautier said they 'ran out of time' to implement him for Season 6 he was talking bullshit then? 🙃
No deeproot yet, one would assume that the art department has a lot to do, as we're also not getting a pitch or cheerleaders for norse.

Damn cKnoor smoked your candy ass. You're gonna need an apothecary for that verbal ass whooping.
When I have redrafted it was either a buff for the strong early bash teams (which are now the problem teams) or it’s set so high it doesn’t matter.
I have a lizard man team value 3.5 million. It was higher but I like round numbers.
