Get well soon Ian! Some things that might help (from a speech therapist)
- lay off the hot sauce for a few days. It might be irritating an already irritated throat.
- hydrate (not with caffeine if you can help it). This one you already do a lot i think, but maybe someone else needs to hear it!
- if the airway viruses seem to be attacking you more than usual, check if you might have a problem with acid reflux. This could be hidden reflux, which happens when you sleep. A virus or other infection in your throat area might be worsened and prolonged by acid reflux. You might recover sooner if you fix that (if it’s there of course).

I don't know how old 'Guard Denver' is but back when texting was done on a number pad on a flip phone we often used "R" for "are" and "v" for "very" so maybe it is an anagram for "are very underage" 😉

It's entrapment if you post your own files to a known pirate site and then sue people for downloading those files.
It's NOT entrapment if you post a line in your own files asking people to report finding said files on pirate sites, and someone not related to you copies those files and posts them to a pirate site for downloading.
It's a violation of legal ethics for your legal team to let you file this horseshit of a bar complaint.
It's not a violation of legal ethics for your opponent's legal counsel to advice their client to include verbiage in their own files that posting those files on sites outside of ones the client approves on is a form of piracy.
Maybe you should report your own lawyers to the Florida Bar instead? Just saying.

Something didn't sit right when you said anagram. Underaged cant be an anagram of "Guard Denver", there is no V in underaged. It may just be an really unfortunate coincidence or both parties are bad at anagrams.
I suspect the lawyer was simply using a "close enough" anagram to slip in that bit of shade. The accuracy of the anagram is less relevant than the jab.

Runk, you clearly live in a safer city than many lawyers. It is common in my state for lawyers to list an address that is not their actual office as their address for public purposes. It may not be common where you are, but you sound silly when you make that a criticism.
