When clicking the buffer it doesn't seem to show any waveform of a sample that was selected. Is there a way to fix this?

When I hit your link for the tutorials, Chrome tells me the connection is not safe.

So if you "Collect All and Save" and send the project to a friend, will they be able to use this M4L sampler/device and hear the same sound?

Not with the 'live.drop'-object, but you can use a 'waveform'-object to display the waveform from the audio in your buffer.

They are message boxes. press M to open a message box, then write your message (replace or loop) in the box

clicking on replase does not bring possibility to pick audio file

You have to patch it to the buffer and then cmd click on it
