Crazy how simple it all seems when you break it down so well and give us a walk through. I still get intimidated troubleshooting when its an issue I haven't seen yet. Great video.
Hey Gary, I recommend using the test settings in the Jade to verify the operation of outputs, that way you can verify that the outputs work on the controller before running out to get parts and preventing a second trip to the suppliers.
Also if note, the output contacts are energized from the r terminal, not the inputs as you would expect. If the r and c are sword, you won't get Econo operation
@@HVACKnowItAll the jade controller makes setup and troubleshooting easy, i love retrofitting them.. if only someone would produce a more robust, more water resistant S-BUS sensor. All the ones that Ive found that went wonky have been due to moisture
A common issue for sure
thanks for sharing
You're welcome

Great video.

Study
This is where experience comes in, I would have been lost for while trying to figure out what the issue could be lol thanks for video.
Experience is gold, that's why it's good to play with stuff and tinker any chance you get.
Got one of those on a unit I take care of. Thanks for the heads up!
No worries!
