Follow that Dream is a family oriented fun movie that shows Elvis at his most likeable as the 'Aw shucks, Maam' young guy trying to keep his family together. Music is easy listening, dialogue is clever as is the story line - another underrated gem from the King.
@@jasonburden306 All those karate fights made him a soft character? I think not. He was the playboy fun loving, living life full of devil may care. Have you seen Roustabout..not a fluff character. He goes to prison in Wild in the Country. In Charro he was an outlaw. Every movie has him in fist fights. His movies are fun, family entertainment. You can relax and not feel stress when viewing them with your kids.Dramas drag you down. They do not elevate. Elvis had perfect comedic timing. No other actor could do everything he did in he movies. Comedy is much harder to pull off than drama. If we did not have his movies, we would have little else of him. Concert footage is almost nonexistent
@@karentranter7806 hi beautiful, how are you? Im ok just busy. Trying to pick who to take to the Batman movie and then the Elvis movie. She would have to be an Elvis fan. Hard to find here. Too bad you're in another country. How are things with you?
@@Rock4UNow hi Levi, I'm doing really well thank you. Yes it's a pity I'd go to both, I love all the marvel films. I'm going to the midnight showing with my Son to watch Elvis I'm super excited. Don't take a date to watch Elvis, she might want to kiss you and there is no time for that when Elvis is on the big screen. You will be saying "get off love" 😂 😂 😂 Nice talking to you Levi, take care xxx 💝
Such a waisted talent as an actor, he could do drama, comedy, you name it. They blocked him, and all because Colnel Parker and the producers wanted money and they knew that whatever (like king Midas), Elvis turned everything into gold, but the did not wsnt to take a chance. I've always thought he would have turned it, given the chance. He was thought as one of the actors to perform "a cat on a hot tin roof" James Dean too, but James had died alresdy. it wasn't meant to be, but can you imagine if he had worked with Elizabeth Taylor? Such a pitty.
When he punched that guy in the throat 👏😂 I just love him 💞💞
Elvis should have got the Oscar for that!
He was such a natural.

Splendid and sweet film. Perfect cinematic performances. Thanks✌👑👼❤🌹
I like it when he chops the mob guy in the throat and when the other guy says where your gun. Elvis says I got it.
Elvis was showing Hollywood how it’s done lol 😂 That boy was something else ! and he could sing too 🕺🙏🕺🙏
Elvis the natural gift to the big screen......he sure did light it up ! ! !
I love the ending song Angel. Then his dad goes to outhouse and says yep too much pressure 😂

Nick and carmine and blacky three mobsters
He’s adorably good
🤣🤣🤣 and they said Elvis was not a good actor. He was great this was a good movie and he did a great job.
I wished he had done more movies like this one and king creole. They made him after kid Galahad a soft character

Love this movie Elvis was a great actor
One director said he had the most raw talent of any actor he ever saw..more so than Dean or Brando he said.
Brando hated Elvis
TRUE MARLON BRANDO WAS FOR A SERIOUS ACT ONLY, ELVIS IS A VERSATILE ACTOR
@@stacymoore9836 jealous of Elvis like millions other men then and still today.
Love this part, Elvis pulls a Rambo on them..lol
Thank you
Hi Levi,
Hope you are well

Elvis meets Chief Wild Eagle. Hijinxs ensue!
