I want an ASUS 6800 XT or 6900 XT TUF Gaming, because great cooler, with Quiet Bios and cheaper than STRIX versions. And 16GB VRAM not some stupid 10GB or 24GB lol. And I can live without RTX and DLSS. AMD now has FSR which is very promising so that's nice. And who cares about G-Sync when Free-Sync does the same thing right? Thanks for the video and showing how coolers are bigger. I didn't know that
Some Sapphire & Powercolor fanboys said that this cooler (6900 XT TUF) is copy pasted from Nvidia and that ASUS doesn't put any thought into their AMD coolers, yeah I have to disagree with that. My cooling performance on the 6900 XT TUF is amazing, and with limited max fan speed to boot (45% max, doesn't go past 82C hotspot / 74C edge temp in the most demanding games - 77C / 66C in every other game).
Just bought the 6900XT TUF for 2299 on sale. Just managed to fit in my case. I am getting a brace for it to make sure there is no future sag. This thing is built like a tank.

This card is very well built and should not present any sag as the support on the 2 slot bracket is top notch (is integrated with the card). Jays2cent made a video about why some of the beefy cards exhibit sag and some others (like the asus rx 6900 xt tuf oc) don't. He also provides a handy trick to avoid sag.
Just bought a open box one for $449 plus tax. Tested it for a few days and so far extremely cool running and actually uses about 80 less watts than my 6700XT on my older games as the frames are capped at 142fps. The muscle of the 6900XT can effortlessly handle the 142fps so it only uses around 100watts in BF4. Now in BF2042 it uses around 274watts.

I just picked up the TOP Edition for $660. ASUS used the 6900XT series cooler on the 3090ti.

Have you compared the 6900xt tuf gaming vs the 3090 tuf gaming or Strix?
I was able to place an order on a 6900xt tuf today. I will have to see if I actually get it but curious to see the performance difference.
What’s your resolution if it’s 3440x1440 or 2560x1400 dlss isn’t a huge factor for you and the 6900xt would be possibly faster in some and similar in others to a 3090
Just bought a used one and under GPUZ it shows BOOST clock as 2484mhz. BIOS Version 020.001.000.071.000000
Does this sound right? If I move the BIOS switch to the Quiet selection the boost clock reads as 2310mhz but the BIOS number is the same. Ideas?
Can I ask if Strix in length is the exact same as 6900 tuf? I asked because need to fit in my Lianli q58
The strix is smaller as its an aio for the 6900xt.

Yes I did but minor
Coil whine differs from card model, PSU, and even house wiring. Whether you get it or not is pure luck. I got it but it doesn't affect me as I use headphones and it's not that loud anyway
