Oh so many questions … which I’m more than happy to answer 😃 First, thank you so much for your kind words, I’m glad you enjoyed the video and I’m thrilled to hear you think my carpentry skills are good ☺ As for the design.. I watched a couple of videos to find some ideas, then I took measurements and drew a few sketches until I came up with something I liked.. So that’s it. To be honest, it took quite a lot of hours to complete the stand. Mostly because I spent so much time sanding the wood, that I can't even count the total number of hours 😅.. But I can say that I spent about 2 hours oiling the wood and about 6 hours screwing it all together. As for vegetables, besides tomatoes I’m growing cucumbers, kale, lettuce, nasturtiums, and some herbs (basil, rosemary, arugula, dill)... and also strawberries and a sunflower… that’s the whole list ☺ … sometimes (especially on stormy days) I feel like my plants are lucky to be protected from strong winds and rains, I guess that’s why my sunflower is still looking good.
