channel this one is just for music listen up you need a bore kit there's different types 60 70 80 90 93 CC's for GY6 50cc scooters you need to change the muffler you need to change to CVT everything aside to cvts even the final Gear Drive. You need to change the stock tires and wheels they'll make him go faster if you
put road wheels instead of off-road keeping an off-road wheels on cuz the ones you have are good for both the good for off-road and on-road but mainly their off-road wheels and putting the road ones on will look better too cuz much more classy and shiny. Change your. bushings bearings as well is there a crap change your hoses and peacock and gas filter and they should have this
thing on eBay where you can cover up your gas tanks so they can get the metal
droppings they'll make your bike ride better and faster. That's why sometimes people bikes be acting up cuz all the lead inside of it cuz the stock ones can't catch
it all. And change the engine starter as well 2 high performance one. That's just some stuff you can do anything else just ask me I'm not stuck up and I will reply

@@asianadventure916californi2 pretty much I did all of that to my GY6 93 cc scooter and it's a nitrous to as nitrous on it pretty much I did all of that to my GY6 93 cc scooter and it's a nitrous I'm going to get someone to put that on finally and do the last odds and ends I just got the person to work on my bike to put the 93 cc engine in it cuz it was a 50cc pretty much my bike is almost fully complete like 95 complete my 93 Big Bore Kit is quality bore I put nothing but expensive Quality Parts in my bike you might not want to do that though LOL obviously is from Taiwan so I had to pay 245 freaking bugs and I think taxes to get it I got it from Rolling wrench Denver
@@asianadventure916californi2 I pretty much replacing everything in my bike even the Lights making it much more brighter and put him much more quality stuff in it I'll do the walk around when I get it and show you guys LOL I have to send you my new channel once my bike is fully complete but I am taking videos of it so I can walk you guys through it.

You have the right stuff! You don't want to much on your engine messing with big valve heads. They not always good.... 100cc piston is lesser than what they say it is. So a 47mn is perfect. Good Job!

the red things are valve seals. didn't replace mine either when i did rebuild the engine or when installing the big bore kit.
Still miss my agility 50, but i still have the stock camshaft, 49cc cylinder and head + the 47mm bbk. And the ncy exhaust.
i'm never gonna throw these away.

I just ordered a 47mm glixal kit for my scooter whats your opinion about the quality? because they are really cheap i only payed about 30 bucks for it.. and what about the power? is it much better than the stock 50cc? i also ordered a A9 camshaft and a derestricted cdi box. i would love to hear from you thanks.
props for admitting that it was an Operator mistake that caused engine damage. like you said they arent bad bikes, their just so cheap we run them into the ground because sometimes its cheaperto buy a whole new scooter then fix your own. LOL

hey the two round sleeves go onto the head look at at the 4 bolts and there are two head bolts are just a little bigger then the other two you need to slip the roller onto the head bolt to take up the space
valve guide seals your head may have them installed already but check not hard to install

Do fuel and transmision upgrades for your scooter for this you will need to change the crank for better reliability
If you didn't use them last time.that is why you had the burnt oil in the head the seals fit round the valve guides under the springs

What valve size I need I have a 50cc 139qmb there 2 different valve size 64 mm and 69mm which would I need if anyone can help

This set up works go with 100cc big bore 69mm head.. 20mm carb valve set .003 intake .004 exhaust rollerz go with 2 of each 5G 7G 8G Valler and A9 cam with a free flow exhaust.... 100% you will hit 65+ im 278lb i max out at 64mph
Them are seal for the valves if u want to replace them
at the 5:00 video those rubbers are for valves "gasket"
Thoes 2 chims are for the head so the crank has the right length before top dead center

With 47mm piston the stock head lifts static compression ratio from 10.5:1 to 14.4:1. Dynamic compression ratio decreases a bit with the A9 cam shaft, so it works ok with high octane fuel. 50 or 52mm piston needs larger combustion chamber.

Everyone says chinese scooters are junk. They are. But at 1/3 the cost, they're a good place to learn how to ride, or wrench, or if 2 wheels are something a person wants in the first place.

Yeah. They call these 'big bore' kits, but they offer these GY6 engine with all different piston sizes. You're simply installing a larger (factory) top end.

I always sell them. I've had comment's from people on the other side of the state who end up with my scooters (Schwinn sport) 2 or 3 owners later and they are still running surprisingly.
@@joshcb7 I just ordered the Glixal 50mm kit from AE and this post of yours seems to be the only video posted where a Glixal kit was specifically used. I figured it had to be a decent kit since it actually is brand name versus other Chinese kits being unbranded. I had a chance to get a Taiwan made kit, but it was unbranded. I just don't trust something when someone won't put their name on it.
By any chance, do you remember what size main jet you ended up using or was the one that came with your carb ok?

in time and adjusted, there's a whole in the head but i think its ok because it just leads to the ouside, like its not apart of the inclosed space. idk how to explain it lol
