I have a similar one in my basement range... I have had it for many years.... I can shoot up to 42 feet from the targets. Best to use lower power airguns, most pistols will work... I use my Webley Tempest, Beeman P1, and P3, also use my IZH-60 (small rifle) which averages around 410 FPS. I had the welds break where the ducks are attached to the bar when I first got it... probably using too powerful an airgun, so I'm careful now of what I use. But I used a generous amount of silicon rubber GOOP to re-attach them in place, and it has held up well since then... I think the dried GOOP helps absorb some of the shock when the duck target gets smacked.

That is my intention. I empty my pellet traps into a big tub in the garage, but haven't done anything with it yet. I might try one of those pellet making tools to recycle it. Got any tips for recycling or reusing the pellets.
why have idiot and use .22 caliber if can use better training gun airsoft, have sure realistic than real gun and lot better use than airgun or .22 and cheapen shooting. idiot waste bullets training lot ,22 if can do all same airsoft. and better. ..22 have only good if training totally maximum far target shooting, but only backyard garden and home no need newer can use airsoft lot better.
u mean FPS ? normal airsoft have about 300-400 fps power.good hunting airgun metal bellet have basic need be hunting 700 fps, airgun were have only 30-40 fps have super poor and i not believe bullet fly more than 3 meter far.
@@mattivirta also measuring energy from a gun only in FPS is impossible, you only have part of the information you need for the equation, you're going to have to know the weight of the projectile and it's velocity, how you can be a shooter and know so little frightens me
my ducks are all bent, it cost me 30 quid but the best target ive got is the 4 spinners that fold up and the 5th one realses them, it only cost me 7.99.
bought something similar .. shot it twice with me R10 and the thing dropped apart .. the little spinner things dropped off coz the bar came adrift , then summat went wrong with the magnet mechanism so the spinners wont stick up ... so areldited the bars on .. sprayed spinners orange , and just use it sight in me scopes ... pile of cheap rubbish ... wernt a well known brand I might add ... you pay for what you get ... and I got crap ... good vid though ... obviously @ £30 ... yours is a better quality ..

The same problems as the above chap only now the spacer-bars that keep the ducks apart are bloody plastic, which after 500 pellets or so, get shot away so the ducks wont stay down when you hit them. DONT BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT. I am suprised they allow the Remington name to be used on it.

My friend got the same target box . it's been hit all summer 1 day a week . The duck s are bent and they don't flick up so easy . we be hitting from about 40 yards . we got half a bucket of pellets retrieved from it " the back got loads of dents but it still holding up. worth the money. he paid £17 . Can't fault it
Not really any good with a high powered rifle, I've got a Weihrauch HW110 and it bends the reset bar when you hit the center target causing the ducks to bounce on the second run. This can be solved by bending the reset bar back, but that makes the reset feature useless. So, keep this low for powered guns only.
bb gun airsoft have lot better backyard training this box because not have idiot slowly ewery bellet need load and air need load wery stupid slowly airgun have, no thanks newer, pcp and big tank and magazine have basic what need be if want training good targets. or green gas blowback bb gun lot easy load and shooting all mag .

In my case using a co2 pistol the metal bbs just bounce off… not enough force to knock down the targets. Hope this helps.

do you think a 24 joule (muzzle) gamo air rifle is too much for this?

JUST GOT THIS TODAY AND HOPE IT'S NOT A PROBLEM!
With a less powerful gun the reset will work if you reset after just 1-2 ducks are down. Not suitable for BB guns as they will dent it too much

I seen a guy use a bucket of sand & a carved stick to remelt on a camping stove & pour the lead in the holes w/a spoon.
I've seen similar, I'm currently making a small forge so might give it a go when it's up and running.
I have one of these which I used on my channel. due to my air gun being .22 caliber it bent the ducks and they don't go down properly now
The ducks on mine have started to bend more since I made this review, but they just about go down ok still.

Sounds like you got a dud one. Mine is great fun, but the more I use it the more I think it has a limited lifespan.

Thanks for you're comment. Initially this didn't seem too bad with high powered rifles, but over time they have started to bend the reset bar.
