I have a 22' Code Orang F150 Raptor with the High pkg. Didn't opt for the moonroof cause I nvr use it. But, I really like all the orange accents in the Ranger Raptor. Mine only has orange line on edges off dash and center of steering wheel. That's it!

About to order ours today in the Northern Territory, Australia. Allegedly a 9 month wait but they did say that may reduce as they’re ramping up production in a few places due to demand. So maybe more 6-9 month. Code Orange with the roller shutter over the tub. $97k Australian 😳🙄

I just took a 2023 wildtrack for a test drive. From stop put my foot down. It didn't do anything near that fast! It'd ment to have more torque so I don't get it. I'll be test driving the 23 raptor in march.
They need to bring that over here in the states. Must be a blast to have a mid size truck or a car as you call it to have a bit of fun in the dirt or mud.

great review, I am not interested in buying the Ranger Raptor, that said if there were a Everest Raptor that would be something I would very highly consider
would be interesting to see what effect more sedate tyres would bring to the overall ability since most owners will be on-road.

This is an official press vehicle owned by Ford Australia. Usually no more than around 10,000km old 👍

First of all, I’ve never heard of anyone compare a pick up truck to a Jaguar. Secondly, this is a mini raptor and If someone thinks this is a big truck, then they should have a look at a raptor 150. If someone is looking for an SUV this is not the vehicle they should be looking at or consider, this is a proper off-roader.

Does the Raptor have a "MyMode" like the Mustang?
Yes, you press the raptor button on steering wheel twice and it will change to your pre set vehicle settings for steering, suspension, exhaust and drive mode. Had mine for a month now, great vehicle.

2023 toyota shitbox that makes less power then a 2003 LPG falcon even though it has a v8 with 0.5L more displacement and is turbocharged by 2023 it will be sucking down diesel fuel at $3 a litre if it's not rationed by then
Toyota might have fixed all the engineering faults by then - but then again, 2 years behind every one else.
I'm worried about the 10 speed transmission since it's had class action lawsuits and issues with it before

a minor facelift is planned for next Q3.. Some minor tweaks on the suspension system and better cooling for the engine. Looks like there are some overheat cases

Actually it's not based on the previous generation at all. The raptor has been around for ages and Dakar Rally F150. The previous generation was just a pathetic attempt to create it in a ranger platform for the AUS market and this generation they have done it properly
It’s based on the Australian-developed T6 platform, just like the previous generation. The platform has been revised and improved. Hope that helps.
@@PDriveTV Its actually more closely related to the new F150 than the old ranger. And the old ranger never had a real raptor
