Great bag, you have a very soothing voice. Take it from an old lady never stay silent worrying about other people’s opinion of you the only opinion that matters about yourself is yours. And NEVER talk bad about yourself your soul listens
Totally agree (from another old lady)! Take this wisdom while you are still young... You are positively a unique individual with your own creative talents, express yourself!
I’m new here. u seem pretty chill and talented. Ij wanted to give u a diff perspective. U say you get nervous bc u don’t know what to say. I love watching korean ppl cooking the asmr videos with no talking. Sometimes not talking is not a problem so don’t overthink it. You are the artist, do what feels right. Hope this msg is received with love 🫶
I've been enjoying your videos. Im an art teacher n artist. You are an observer and are getting inspiration from your surroundings... love that! You are inspiring US on the other side of the screen. The textures that you're creating are terrific. I enjoy the relaxed, conversational nature of your videos. Keep on dreaming up your new designs!! And rest assured: you DO have something to say. Thrift on!!!!
Love what you do. Distressed fabric has such spirit and soul. I went to your store, such wonderful things. But you need to add at least a couple of hundred more to your prices on everything. You are an artist. Feed your eyes.
As a viewer, I think of content as a gift. Those who judge or make gnarly comments aren’t who you are targeting anyway. So keep it real, keep it raw but whatever you do - pls don’t stop creating! 🏆🏆🏆
Very nice. Hand sewing is a good option for multiple layers. You could even use heavy string and square the bottom to the outside, creating little “feet”. The more you do the more you can do. Keep it up!
I love a good kislux because it helps me decide if I want to buy the real thing or NOT." That part right there. That's IT. I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!
Hi Kristoff. You are doing very well with "the talking" kudos to you for trying so hard and persevering - you've got this baby !!! The bag is gorjuss - love that patterned fabric ! a few years ago I approached a local furniture upholsterer and asked for all their offcuts that they were just throwing away - they gave me bags and bags of amazing fabrics - I will not get thru all of them in this lifetime thats for sure. I share with anyone who wants. looking forward to your next piece
Well done, it's gorgeous! I'm an 59F and just recently found your channel. Am very much enjoying your use of 2nd hand clothes. It's nice to see young ones (please don't take that the wrong way, no offense intended) upcycling and making do. I've been doing it since my kids were little. Now I fill requests from my teenage grands. The rechargable Dremel is woeful. Do you have cheaper brands of multi-tools available in the UK? You definitely need to be plugged into power.
Thank you for posting these very inspirational videos. I become inspired to continue to sew to improve myself, you give me plenty of ideas.......Kind regards from Sweden! :D
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I absolutely love love love upcycling old and clearance clothing! There is a thrift store down the street in the next town. And they have certain clothes for their fill a bag for $5. Usually i get $20 worth. They arent stingy bag fulls wither. Usually these clothing are worse for wear. And i dont mind that at all. I am usually making doll clothing or other types of projects. So the qorn or stained, or damaged in ither ways. I dont feel like im using clothing people could use. And i am make the most of the fast fashion❤❤❤❤
You shouldn't feel insecure or anxious about things. You are brave enough to cut clothes directly. I'm not that brave even when I cut fabrics. Perfectionism sucks.
I'm dying to know a little more about the scarf/fabric you're using. I assumed by the last video that it was a fine jacquard, but then you mentioned a scarf and now I'm curious if it's a screen printed or painted silk.
DKNY- Donna Karren New York.... she is from Long Island. You mentioned how too many layers are an issue; perhaps it's time to see about getting a more capable machine. Keep going, you definitely have the compass pointed in the right direction.
Please do your research before you cut into designer denims people , they are worth money , Donna Karen wasn’t even the real designer, it was her husband ,,that truely was ! He made her what she is today but he sadly died!
I think it's a bit outrageous for people to be walking around a big city with a $10,000+ designer bag on their arm, you might as well hold up a "please rob me" sign. Secondly, I really don't feel sorry for these brands, they raise their prices at least twice a year, so basically they are driving any potential customers into buying fakes kislux

Thank you Clare 🫶
Love the texture you achieved with the material, but hate tote bags. A backpack, messenger bag, any different style bag would be way more fun.
Donna Karan New York, was a huge brand back in the day
Now a relic of time
@@whoiskristov No, that brand still exists.
Dont stop doing what you love with enthusiasm, make your visions
There is nothing better than having the concentrated energy 🙌 within you .

I love this piece…have a great Christmas and enjoy your holiday break…looking forward to seeing more of your art in the New Year…😻😻😻😻
You too, thank you! See you soon 🫶

Bless 🫶 Upholstery is a favourite, I may try the same thing 👀
❤your work another beautiful piece
The diamond shaped make the distressed fabric look like animal print. Nice morph!
Amazing again 🎉🎉🎉 Your project surprised and inspired me!
Great looking bag!

Thank you 🫶 I’m Australia based, definitely looking for a replacement before the next round
@@whoiskristov Whaaaat? I'm in Melbourne! Bunnings has well-priced multi-tools. So sorry that I assumed you were in the UK.

Definitely in need of an upgrade
You're not familiar with Donna Karan New York (DKNY) ?
