You can use a variable power supply to set the cut off voltge here. I recommend the XH-M604 module which is better than this.

1. 12V Relay
2. TL431
3. 100uf/35V Capacitor
4. LEDs
5. 10K Prset
6. 3.3K
7. 4.7K
8. 4.2v Zener Diode

9 v ? , voltage change by transformer.
@@homemade_101 the initial voltage from the transformer was 21 volts, then I lowered it to 15 volts, but the cutoff circuit came out only 9 volts (maximum)

Bro, your way of teaching is excellent, no doubt, very good for new diyrs, but one big mistake in your videos intial pic where you ve a pic of setup, in it you ve connected +ve 12 v input at tl431s pin no 1, which is very confusing and I've blown up 3 to 431s!!!!! 12 v input to be shown connected to relays common pin !!! Isn't it ? Pls correct it!!
Rest is good tutorial...though u ve recommended xm 604 module , but the joy of creating it yourself cannot be archived with readymade module!!!

Dear one more mistake... In video you said the zener value is 4.3v but in schematic it's 3.3 v !!!! Also the cathode pin of zener to be on relays coil pin and anode on common pin but yours is. Inverted !!!? Correct it
